Elastic guide rail oscillation due to moving concentrated load

open access: yesЖурнал Белорусского государственного университета: Математика, информатика, 2019
This article illustrates the solution of a differential equation describing oscillations of an elastic tensioned guide rail, which consist of string bundle enclosed in an elastic cylindrical shell, while concentrated load, simulated by a material point ...

TRAIL‐PEG‐Apt‐PLGA nanosystem as an aptamer‐targeted drug delivery system potential for triple‐negative breast cancer therapy using in vivo mouse model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Dynamic Response Analysis of Rutting Resistance Performance of High Modulus Asphalt Concrete Pavement

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2018
In order to systematically study the rutting resistance performance of High-Modulus Asphalt Concrete (HMAC) pavements, a finite element method model of HMAC pavement was established using ABAQUS software.

Redesigning A Trolley for The Stairs Building Based on Material Aspect [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
In Bandung, some buildings have three levels or more with no escalator and elevator for their daily needs in moving goods. One example is the Telkom University dormitory.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

DYNAMIC RESPONSE OF PAVEMENT SUBJECTED TO MOVING LOAD

open access: yesStructural Mechanics of Engineering Constructions and Buildings, 2015
The problem of dynamic equilibrium of the pavement under the action of moving load using ratios plane strain viscoelastic solid, resting on viscoelastic foundation is considered.

Parameters Identification of Moving Load Using ANN and Dynamic Strain

open access: yesShock and Vibration, 2016
Moving load identification is an important part of bridge structure health monitoring; accurate and reliable load data can be used to check the load of bridge design, and the load spectrum can provide a more practical basis for structural fatigue ...

Identification of serum protein biomarkers for pre‐cancerous lesions associated with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This work identified serum proteins associated with pancreatic epithelial neoplasms (PanINs) and early‐stage PDAC. Proteomics screens assessed genetically engineered mice with abundant PanINs, KPC mice (Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐KrasG12D/+ Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐Trp53R172H/+ Pdx1‐Cre) before PDAC development and also early‐stage PDAC patients (n = 31), compared to benign ...

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Reduction of Vehicle-Induced Vibration of Railway Bridges due to Distribution of Axle Loads through Track

open access: yesShock and Vibration, 2018
Short span railway bridges are prone to resonate caused by dynamic train axle loads, which were usually modeled as moving point loads on the bridge in many numerical studies.
