Out-of-plane vibrations of curved nonprismatic beam under a moving load
The forced vibrations of a curved-in-plane nonprismatic beam with a variable cross section and any curvature, generated by a load moving at a variable velocity are analyzed.

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

Mathematical models for optimal shakedown trusses design problems in case of moving load
Prisitaikomumo teorija, nagrinejanti tampriai plastiškas konstrukcijas, veikiama kintamosios kartotines apkrovos, leidžia judamaja apkrova traktuoti kaip atskira kartotinai kintančiu jegu atveji. Apkrovai leidžiama “judeti” bet kuria konstrukcijos dalimi:

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

A correspondence principle for steady-state wave problems [PDF]
A correspondence principle was developed for treating the steady state propagation of waves from sources moving along a plane surface or interface. This new principle allows one to obtain, in a unified manner, explicit solutions for any source velocity ...

Model for the unidirectional motion of a dynein molecule
Cytoplasmic dyneins transport cellular organelles by moving on a microtubule filament. It has been found recently that depending on the applied force and the concentration of the adenosine triphosphate (ATP) molecules, dynein's step size varies. Based on

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

Dynamic Analysis of a Bridge Supported With Many Vertical Supports Under Moving Load
This study is devoted to the investigation of dynamic analysis of a bridge supported with many vertical supports under a moving load. Each vertical support is modelled as a linear spring and a linear damper.

Interaction of molecular motors can enhance their efficiency
Particles moving in oscillating potential with broken mirror symmetry are considered. We calculate their energetic efficiency, when acting as molecular motors carrying a load against external force. It is shown that interaction between particles enhances
