Simultaneous Detection of Steroid Esters and Multi‐Class Substances in Dried Blood Spots by LC‐HRMS/MS From a Single Spot for Human Doping Control

A validated LC‐HRMS/MS method enabled, for the first time, the comprehensive detection of steroid esters and multi‐class menu substances from a single dried blood spot. Following extraction, the resulting extract is split into two aliquots, reducing sample consumption and simplifying the analytical workflow.
