Controlling 3D Contractility via Engineered Fibrous Hydrogel Composites
A tunable composite contractile assembly (CCA) is developed that can permit or resist contraction without changing cell‐adhesion and density, unlike collagen whose inherent coupling of these ECM cues limits its use as a platform in contractility studies.

Dissolved Organic Matter and Pretreatment Effects on PFAS Removal by Granular Activated Carbon
ABSTRACT Granular activated carbon (GAC) adsorption is commonly used to remove per‐ and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) from water. In this study, we evaluated the impact of dissolved organic matter (DOM) concentration and pretreatment on GAC use rates for PFAS removal.

A Genetic Reporter for Visualizing Nitroreductase Activity Using Magnetic Resonance Imaging
We introduce a reporter gene technology to noninvasively visualize bacterial nitroreductase activity. Our method utilizes a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) reporter based on aquaporin, which is fused to a destabilizing domain, resulting in their degradation (off‐state).

Accelerated‐USE: A Benchmark Framework for GPU‐Driven Graph Neural Network Training
ABSTRACT Graph processing is used in many domains to extract knowledge from real‐world data. With the rise of deep neural networks and scaled compute infrastructure in artificial intelligence (AI), specialized techniques emerged to leverage graphs in applications such as recommendation systems and social networks.

BACKGROUND: Cypermethrins, possess eight isomers, used both as pesticide and as veterinary drug, were set different MRLs for livestock by CCPR and CCRVDF of Codex Alimentarius. Korea Food Code designates MRLs for livestock only as pesticide. METHODS AND RESULTS: This study presented necessaries of harmonization of MRL setting for compounds used both as

Social Organisation Predicts Lifespan in Mammals
Using Bayesian phylogenetic analyses of 1436 mammal species, we show that pair‐living and group‐living species have longer maximum lifespans than solitary species after accounting for body mass and phylogeny. Differences between pair‐ and group‐living species were small, and activity period showed weak associations.

Age‐Related Trends in Eating‐Pathology Symptoms Among Sexual Minority Adults
ABSTRACT Objective To examine how eating‐disorder symptoms vary by chronological age and sexual orientation in sexual minority adults. Method Cross‐sectional data came from 2062 cisgender sexual minority participants (925 gay men, 573 lesbian women, 116 bi+ men, 448 bi+ women; age = 47.8 years, range = 18–96).

Trends in Veterinary Drug Residues in US Cattle: Analysing USDA Sampling Data
National US residue monitoring data (2021–2023) were analysed to characterise veterinary drug residue detections in cattle. Detection patterns varied by cattle type, with dairy cows accounting for the highest number of detections and a consistent group of commonly used drugs responsible for most violative and non‐violative findings.
