Journal of Craniofacial SurgeryMedication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (MRONJ) is a serious complication associated with bisphosphonate therapy, characterized by necrotic bone exposure in the maxillofacial region. This case report details the surgical management of a 68-year-old female patient with a history of cancer and bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis.
