Ovarian cancer is the most lethal gynecologic cancer with recurrent or resistant disease observed in 70% of patients. We described herein the anti‐cancer effect of a novel lipid vector BSV163/DOPE‐mediated TRAIL gene transfection in association with cisplatin in—sensitive and—resistant ovarian cancer cells.
