Efficacy of Full and Limited Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Nasal Polyps: A Randomised Controlled Trial

Both Full and Limited FESS result in clinically meaningful relief of disease‐specific HRQoL and nasal breathing, effectively improving nasal symptoms and sleep disturbance in CRSwNP patients. Clinically meaningful difference in decrease of SNOT‐22 scores between the groups was not found at 12‐ and 24–month follow‐up.

ABSTRACT Basophils, the least abundant leukocytes, are increasingly recognised as potent immunomodulators. Nasal Epithelial Immune Signatures Are Associated With Age‐Dependent Asthma Trajectories in Early Life

Nasal epithelial transcriptomics identified three cytokine‐associated epithelial immune programs linked to childhood asthma phenotypes. Age‐associated epithelial polarization shifted from IFN/type‐17‐associated toward type‐2‐associated programs after 3 years of age.
