Risk Management and Insurance Review, EarlyView.Abstract As wildfire risk accelerates private insurer retreat, state‐governed FAIR Plans increasingly serve as the primary coverage available in hazard‐prone areas. This paper analyzes these residual markets as instruments of disaster governance, arguing that their design reflects distributive political choices regarding risk allocation.

MATERIALS TRANSACTIONS, 2014 Grain refinement of a magnesium alloy, AZ80, was studied in multi-directional forging (MDF) with decreasing temperatures from 683 to 573K. The MDF was carried out up to accumulative true strains of around 7 with changing the loading direction from pass to pass.
