Bio‐Inspired Multimodal Hardware Front‐End Enabled by 2D Floating‐Gate Memory for UAV Perception
A MoS2/h‐BN /graphene floating‐gate memory underpins a bio‐inspired multimodal front end that integrates visual, inertial, and airflow cues. A 4 × 4 FG memory array encodes temporal intensity differences, while IMU‐ and airflow‐driven threshold modulation suppresses self‐motion artifacts, enabling fast, low‐power, robust autonomous UAV tracking and ...

Deep Learning-based Self-supervised Multi-parameter Inversion
Summary The quantitative interpretation of geological structures relies on multi-parameter models (MPMs) inversion. However, conventional full waveform inversion that matches simulated seismic data to observed seismic data cannot accurately obtain high-resolution MPMs because of the implicit inter-parameter coupling relations in the ...

Full-waveform inversion of GPR data acquired between boreholes in Rustrel carbonates
Full waveform inversion (FWI) of seismic or Ground Penetrating Radar data provides high-resolution quantitative images of the constitutive parameters of the rock/soil which control seismic/GPR wave propagation.

We present a fully automated Bayesian optimization (BO) protocol for the parameterization of nonbonded interactions in coarse‐grain CG force fields (BACH). Using experimental thermophysical data, we apply the protocol to a broad range of liquids, spanning linear, branched, and unsaturated hydrocarbons, esters, triglycerides, and water.

Two-lane traffic rules for cellular automata: A systematic approach
Microscopic modeling of multi-lane traffic is usually done by applying heuristic lane changing rules, and often with unsatisfying results. Recently, a cellular automaton model for two-lane traffic was able to overcome some of these problems and to ...

LL‐37 Driven Phase Transition and Stacking in Oligolamellar Gram‐Negative Bacterial Membrane Models
This work establishes oligolamellar bacterial membrane models to investigate how LL‐37 disrupts the complex dual‐bilayer architecture of Gram‐negative bacteria. Combining SAXS, cryo‐TEM, electrophoretic mobility measurements, and coarse‐grained simulations, it reveals cardiolipin‐driven phase transitions leading to bicelle‐like structures and membrane ...

Generation of long-living entanglement using cold trapped ions with pair cat states
With the reliance in the processing of quantum information on a cold trapped ion, we analyze the entanglement entropy in the ion-field interaction with pair cat states.

A reactive in situ solution complexation strategy reconstructs the surface of 2.0 eV ultra‐wide‐bandgap perovskites via proton transfer. This chemical modulation eliminates metallic defects and induces a degenerate‐like n‐type surface, establishing an Ohmic tunneling contact.

Numerical Methods for the QCD Overlap Operator:III. Nested Iterations
The numerical and computational aspects of chiral fermions in lattice quantum chromodynamics are extremely demanding. In the overlap framework, the computation of the fermion propagator leads to a nested iteration where the matrix vector multiplications ...
