Elastomeric Micro‐Balloons for Remote Control of Cerebral Blood Flow and Real‐Time In vivo Imaging of Rodent Brain Response to Hypoperfusion

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This study reports the fabrication of MRI‐compatible elastomeric micro‐balloons via a multi‐step bubble casting process, where the monolithic elastomeric wall is selectively stiffened for reversible and controlled inflation and elasticity, depending on the target vessels for graded occlusion of cerebral arteries.

Digital Microneedles for Multiplexed Transdermal Sensing via Fluorescent QR Codes

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Digital fluorescent microneedles encode biochemical information in skin into scannable QR codes through threshold‐activated probes that generate binary on/off signals. By transforming analog fluorescence into discrete digital patterns, this platform enables calibration‐free, multiplexed transdermal sensing of physiologically relevant biomarkers ...

Robust Multi-Drone Multi-Target Tracking to Resolve Target Occlusion: A Benchmark

IEEE Transactions on Multimedia, 2023
Multi-drone multi-target tracking aims at collabo- ratively detecting and tracking targets across multiple drones and associating the identities of objects from different drones, which can overcome the shortcomings of single-drone object tracking.

Resilient Multi-Robot Multi-Target Tracking

IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering
We address the problem of ensuring resource availability in a networked multi-robot system performing distributed target tracking. Specifically, we consider a multi-target tracking scenario where the targets are driven by exogenous inputs that are ...
