A novel classification of testicular sex cord‐stromal tumours from the Testicular Sex Cord‐Stromal Tumour (TESST) group: a collaboration of the Genitourinary Pathology Society (GUPS) and the International Society of Urological Pathology (ISUP)

open access: yesHistopathology, Volume 89, Issue 4, Page 638-649, October 2026.
The TESST classification of testicular sex cord‐stromal tumours was agreed upon by consensus based on the best available evidence. The picture shows the members of the TESST group and delegates of GUPS and ISUP present in‐person at the first meeting of the group held at Johns Hopkins Hospital (Baltimore, 2024). Bilateral Leydig Cell Tumor in a Capuchin Monkey (Sapajus apella): Case Report

open access: yesJournal of Medical Primatology, Volume 55, Issue 5, October 2026.
ABSTRACT Leydig cell tumors (LCTs) are uncommon in nonhuman primates (NHPs). A bilateral LCT was identified in a 20‐year‐old male capuchin monkey (Sapajus apella) maintained under human care. Ultrasonography revealed a right testicular nodule, while necropsy identified bilateral testicular masses. Histopathology confirmed bilateral LCT.

Prolactinomas in the transition from adolescence to young adulthood: A multicentre, retrospective study from the TALENT group

open access: yesJournal of Neuroendocrinology, Volume 38, Issue 10, October 2026.
Abstract Prolactinomas in the transition age present unique challenges; treatment strategies and long‐term outcomes in this population remain incompletely characterised. This is a multicentre, retrospective study of 110 consecutive patients (33 males) with prolactinomas, aged 15–25 years, across five Italian referral centres (2010–2025).

Proteomic profiling identifies candidate biomarkers for small intestinal neuroendocrine tumours G1 and G2

open access: yesJournal of Neuroendocrinology, Volume 38, Issue 10, October 2026.
Abstract Although small intestinal neuroendocrine tumours (SI‐NET) Grade 1 (G1) and 2 (G2) are often studied together, clinical course and response to treatment may differ. We hypothesized that these tumour groups express different markers in blood that may inform future treatment strategies. Blood from 107 SI‐NET patients (G1 n = 64, G2 n = 43) and 50
