Discrete choice modelling incorporating attribute thresholds of perception
In this paper we formulate a discrete choice model that incorporates thresholds in the perception of attribute changes. The model considers multiple options and allows changes in several attributes.

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Multiple-ASSR Thresholds in Infants and Young Children with Hearing Loss
Background: The multiple auditory steady-state response (multiple ASSR) is a promising technique for determining thresholds for infants and children.

An indicator of the multiple equilibria regime of the Atlantic meridional overturning circulation [PDF]
Recent model results have suggested that there may be a scalar indicator ? monitoring whether the Atlantic meridional overturning circulation (MOC) is in a multiple equilibrium regime. The quantity ?

Strongly Multiplicative Hierarchical Threshold Secret Sharing [PDF]
We consider multi-party computation (MPC) in a hierarchical setting, where participants have different capabilities depending on their position in the hierarchy. First, we give necessary conditions for multiplication of secrets in a hierarchical threshold linear secret sharing scheme (LSSS).

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Risk factors for early hearing threshold shifts in regular earphone users: a cross-sectional study
Background Prolonged earphone use is routine among young adults and may contribute to early changes in auditory thresholds. However, the specific usage patterns that predict auditory threshold elevation remain unclear.

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting
