Ectopia cordis cervicalis esete Holstein fríz borjúban Esetismertetés [PDF]
A szerzők esetleírásukban bemutatják egy, ectopia cordis cervicalis fejlődési rendellenességben szenvedő, majd két napos korban elhullott, 36 kg testtömegű, Holstein Fríz fajtájú bika borjú rendellenesen helyeződő szívének kamra és pitvar falainak, a ...

Abstract Ninety percent of all primary liver malignancies are hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC), making liver cancer the third most common cause of cancer‐associated mortality. Different patterns of programmed cell death (PCD) are crucial for the survival of tumors, and they might serve as a prognostic marker for HCC.

Using ngTALEN to improve genome editing efficiency on targets containing 5‐methylcytosines [PDF]
SUMMARY We recently discovered distinct methylation patterns between the mitochondrial genome and the nuclear‐encoded mitochondrial DNA sequences (NUMTs), with the mitochondrial genome being hypomethylated and NUMTs being hypermethylated. Given that genome editing using mitochondrial targeted transcription activator‐like effector nucleases (TALEN) is ...

Decreased Production of Tissue Plasminogen Activator in Endothelial Cells From Nasal Polyps
ABSTRACT Introduction Previous studies have demonstrated that chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) is characterized by excessive fibrin deposition which is related to impaired production of tissue plasminogen activator(t‐PA) by epithelial cells.

This study identifies that Ach levels are elevated in eCRSwNP and primarily released from SCCs rather than neurons. Ach induces epithelial remodeling in eCRSwNP by binding to M1R/M3R and activating YAP signaling in basal cells, driving basal cell hyperplasia and abnormal differentiation. Blocking M1R/M3R with TB inhibits eCRSwNP progression.

We aimed to report the existence and profile of group 9 innate lymphoid cells (ILC9s). Overall, ILC9 proportions in AR patients show differences compared to healthy subjects and responder SCIT patients. IL‐9 expression decreases after siRNA inhibition of Bach2 suggesting Bach2 could display as a transcription factor of ILC9.

ABSTRACT Background Asthenozoospermia is a significant contributing factor to male infertility. Accumulating evidence indicates that impaired sperm motility is closely linked to dysregulated microRNA expression during spermatogenesis. Seminal plasma exosomes are enriched with diverse microRNAs, which play pivotal roles in modulating sperm motility, the

Background and Purpose EZH2 (enhancer of zeste homologue 2) inhibitors are an emerging class of drugs that target epigenetic regulation. However, their efficacy in solid tumours has been limited, partly due to drug‐induced upregulation of fatty acid synthesis.
