Numerical Simulation for Chaotic Financial Models

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics
The study introduces a novel numerical framework for chaotic financial models, characterized by sensitive dynamics. Our method diverges from traditional liberalization and subdivision approaches, directly tackling chaotic systems without simplification ...

Multistep reduced differential transform method in solving nonlinear schrodinger equations [PDF]

open access: yes
This paper obtains semi-analytical solutions for the nonlinear Schrodinger equations (NLSEs) using the multistep reduced differential transform method (MsRDTM). The implemented method yields an analytical approximate solution over a longer time frame, in

Review of Inorganic Separator Engineering for Next‐Generation Lithium–Sulfur Batteries: Compromise or Cornerstone?

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Inorganic compound‐modified separators transform lithium–sulfur batteries from passive polysulfide confinement to active reaction‐pathway regulation. A Practical Relevance Index (PRI)‐guided framework bridges interfacial chemistry of inorganic separators with practical constraints, establishing unified design principles for scalable, high‐energy ...

Stress Transfer Within Microphase‐Separated Structures: A Post‐Synthetic Strategy to Impart Mechanoresponsiveness to Block Copolymer Materials

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A domain‐engineered post‐functionalization strategy is presented to impart mechanochromism to styrene–butadiene–styrene (SBS) block copolymers by simple blending with a tetraarylsuccinonitrile (TASN) mechanophore‐containing polystyrene (PS‐TASN‐PS). The resulting materials exhibit reversible fluorescence under tensile deformation while preserving, or ...

BLOCK PROCEDURE WITH IMPLICIT SIXTH ORDER LINEAR MULTISTEP METHOD USING LEGENDRE POLYNOMIALS FOR SOLVING STIFF INITIAL VALUE PROBLEMS

open access: yesJournal of Fundamental and Applied Sciences, 2018
In this paper, a discrete implicit linear multistep method in block form of uniform step size for the solution of first-order ordinary differential equations is presented using the power series as a basis function.

Interfacial Failure and Self‐Healing in Solid‐State Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Dynamic interfacial self‐healing offers an adaptive route to mitigate coupled mechanical, chemical, and electrochemical degradation in solid‐state batteries. This review connects evolving interfacial failure mechanisms with physical‐flow, chemical‐restoration, stimuli‐responsive, and electric‐field‐assisted repair strategies, highlighting targeted self‐

Engineering Metal‐Pocket Cooperativity in Single‐Atom COF Nanozymes for Selective Cascade Catalysis

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A multilevel programming strategy is developed to engineer single‐atom COF nanozymes with tunable metal centers and chiral pockets inspired by heme–pocket cooperativity. This approach enables controlled metal–pocket interplay for asymmetric cascade catalysis, delivering high activity, selectivity, and recyclability in an asymmetric oxidation–aldol ...

A Linear Multistep Method with Continuous coefficients for Solving First Order Ordinary Differential Equation (ODE)

open access: yes, 2013
A linear multistep method (LMM) with continuous coefficients is considered and directly applied to solve first order initial value problems (IVPs). The continuous method is used to obtain Multiple Finite Difference Methods (MFDMs) (each of order 4) which

Side‐Chain‐Induced Interlayer Slipping in Metalloporphyrin COFs Enables Microenvironment and Spin‐State Regulation for Photocatalytic CO2 Reduction

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Alkoxy chain length drives a continuous transition from eclipsed AA to a serrated, slipped AA* configuration over Co‐porphyrin COFs. A moderate slip both contracts the pore channel to enrich CO2 and suppress hydrogen evolution, and enhances collective high‐spin of Co sites, which delivers a record CO production rate with high selectivity.
