Time‐restricted feeding prior to Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection reduces tissue CD4+ T cells with limited impact on bacterial clearance

Time‐restricted feeding (TRF) in mice increased liver fatty acid oxidation and decreased fatty acid biosynthesis. These alterations persisted when TRF was discontinued and the host was infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. We propose some properties of fuzzy multivariate analysis of variance by fuzzy vector operation with agreement index. We deals fuzzy null hypotheses and fuzzy alternative hypothesis and define the agreement index for the grades of the judgements that the hypothesis is rejection or acceptance. Finally, we provide an example to evaluate the judgements.

Five‐Year Outcomes of Laparoscopic Sphincter‐Preserving Surgery for Rectal Cancer: A Prospective Study in Elderly Vietnamese Patients

This prospective study demonstrates that laparoscopic sphincter‐preserving surgery is feasible for elderly patients. While overall survival reaches 70% at 5 years, advanced T‐stage and the omission of neoadjuvant therapy significantly drive recurrence, highlighting the need for personalized geriatric protocols despite logistical challenges.
