Clinical Cardiology, Volume 49, Issue 8, August 2026.Patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy had significantly higher risks of bradyarrhythmia and permanent pacemaker implantation than matched controls. Among patients with HCM, atrial fibrillation increased the risks of both outcomes, while heart failure was associated with a higher risk of permanent pacemaker implantation.
