PRMT7‐mediated arginine methylation of FOXK activates Wnt/β‐catenin signalling to drive doxorubicin resistance in diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma

The high expression of PRMT7 enhances its interaction with DVL2 by methylating arginine residues on FOXK1/FOXK2. This process promotes the nuclear translocation of DVL2, thereby aberrantly activating the Wnt/β‐catenin signalling pathway, which ultimately drives the development of doxorubicin resistance in DLBCL.
