N-glikozilacija imunoglobulina A u šećernoj bolesti tipa 1

open access: yes, 2022

N-glikozilacija imunoglobulina A ovisno o dobi i spolu ispitanika

open access: yes, 2023
Changes in the N-glycosylation profile of immunoglobulin A have been proven to modify the function of the immune system, as glycans participate in the protein folding and transport process, as well as in the intracellular and extracellular signaling processes.

N-glikozilacija proteina u plazmi kao biljeg praćenja metaboličkoga sindroma

open access: yes, 2021

N-glikozilacija rekombinantnih terapeutskih glikoproteina u biljnim sustavima

open access: yesFood Technology and Biotechnology, 2007
Transgenic plants have recently emerged as a promising system for low-cost and large-scale production of therapeutic proteins. Despite many advantages plants offer as hosts for expression of recombinant proteins, there are certain limitations caused by major structural differences between plant and mammalian N-linked glycans.

open access: yes, 2021
Diabetes mellitus is a severe chronic disease caused by the inability of the pancreas to synthesize insulin or the inability of the body to functionally use synthesized insulin (WHO, 1999). Diabetes mellitus, according to the mechanism of disease development, can be divided into several subtypes, and the most commonly misdiagnosed type of diabetes is ...

open access: yes, 2020
Alpha-1 acid glycoprotein or orosomucoid is a plasma protein whose characteristics are associated with a high abundance of bound N-glycans of different complexity that are arranged across five different glycosylation sites on the protein and contribute to roughly 45% of its total mass.

N-glikozilacija imunoglobulina G u upalnim bolestima crijeva

open access: yes, 2018
The cause of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is still poorly understood and the most prominent forms Crohn’s disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC) are sometimes hard to distinguish. Glycosylation of immunoglobulin G (IgG) has been associated with CD and UC. IgG Fc-glycosylation affects IgG effector functions.

open access: yes, 2019
Varfarin je najstariji i najpropisivaniji oralni antikoagulans. Zbog svoje uske terapijske širine i velikih interindividualnih varijabilnosti zahtijeva praćenje INR-a. Uspostavljanjem adekvatne inicijalne doze varfarina smanjuje se rizik od nuspojava lijeka i skraćuje vrijeme do postizanja optimalne koncentracije. Američka agencija za hranu i lijekove (

N-glikozilacija imunoglobulina G u kroničnoj bolesti presatka protiv primatelja nakon presadbe alogeničnih matičnih krvotvornih stanica

open access: yes, 2019
Chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGvHD) is a systemic alloimmune and autoimmune disorder and the major late complication and leading cause of non-relapse morbidity and mortality after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (alloHSCT). The disease is characterized by an altered homeostasis of the humoral immune response.
