Nab-paclitaxel: potential for the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer
Advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma is a deadly disease and is considered incurable. For the past two decades, gemcitabine remained the major chemotherapeutic drug with modest clinical benefit.
