Matrix stiffness serves as an independent immunological signal in biomaterial vaccines. Nanoemulsion delivery of a TLR7 agonist enhances safety and promotes colocalization with Leishmania‐infected macrophages in skin lesions, enabling a ∼2‐log reduction in parasite burden.
