The Clinical Respiratory Journal, Volume 20, Issue 7, July 2026.Radial EBUS‐guided transbronchial cryobiopsy using a 1.1‐mm cryoprobe achieved a 75.3% diagnostic yield for peripheral lung lesions in 73 patients, with no severe hemorrhage. Protocolized balloon blocker use effectively controlled all bleeding events, supporting cryobiopsy as a feasible, safe alternative to conventional forceps biopsy.
