ROBUST DETECTION OF SURFACE ANOMALY USING LIDAR POINT CLOUD WITH INTENSITY [PDF]

open access: yesThe International Archives of the Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sciences, 2020
We have developed an automatic detection method for metallic corrosion in facilities by using a LiDAR point cloud. While visual inspections for monitoring facilities are widely conducted, the inspection result depends on human skill, and there is ...

PANX2 Suppresses Lung Adenocarcinoma Progression by Inducing Disulfidptosis and Enhancing Antitumor Immunity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) remains a leading cause of cancer mortality with limited therapeutic options. Disulfidptosis, a novel cell death modality driven by disulfide stress, represents a promising target, yet its regulation in LUAD is poorly defined. Here, we identify Pannexin 2 (PANX2) as a tumor suppressor in LUAD.

Tumor Microenvironment‐Responsive Nanoreactor Induces Disulfidptosis in Pancreatic Cancer via Metabolic Interference and Redox Catalysis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Schematic illustration of a tumor microenvironment‐responsive nanoreactor for imaging‐guided induction of disulfidptosis in pancreatic cancer via metabolic interference and redox catalysis. (A) Stepwise fabrication of Pht@HMnO2‐HA, including MnO2 growth on a SiO2 template, template removal to form hollow mesoporous MnO2, Pht loading, and subsequent ...

Unsupervised Qualitative Scoring for Binary Item Features

open access: yesData Science and Engineering, 2020
Binary features, such as categories, keywords, or tags, are widely used to describe product properties. However, these features are incomplete in that they do not contain several aspects of numerical information.

Lactate‐Driven Restriction of Mitochondrial Permeability Transition Promotes Resistance to Chemo‐Immunotherapy by Suppressing Tumor PANoptosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Tumor‐derived lactate establishes a metabolic lock that drives chemo‐immunotherapy resistance by suppressing PANoptosis. Mechanistically, KAT8 lactylates the mitochondrial translocator ANT2, which recruits PGAM5 to dephosphorylate CypD. This cascade restricts mitochondrial permeability transition pore opening, preventing pro‐inflammatory mtDNA leakage.
