Abstract Despite advancements in reperfusion therapy, myocardial ischaemia–reperfusion (IR) injury remains a major clinical challenge. This study investigated whether a novel dual‐target pre‐conditioning strategy using sinomenine and irisin could enhance myocardial resistance against IR injury. In a 4T1 TNBC model, β‐elemene suppressed tumor growth and pulmonary metastasis. scRNA‐seq showed it remodeled the tumor microenvironment by reducing cancer‐associated fibroblasts, enhancing antigen presentation, and inhibiting pro‐tumorigenic ECM remodeling. Metabolomics revealed prostaglandin downregulation.
