Milled polycrystalline NMC811 cathode (MPC NMC) with smaller secondary particle and higher surface area had 1) greater cathode tortuosity, 2) reduced surface Ni on the cycled MPC cathodes consistent with surface reconstruction, and 3) increased Ni deposition from cathode‐anode crosstalk, manifesting in lower functional capacity and higher impedance ...

Metapragmatic neology in digital discourse
This note addresses the topic of Judith Bridges’s focus article, namely ‑splain neologisms such as mansplain, thinsplain and covidsplain, from the perspective of morphological theory. I attempt to show that Morphopragmatics, a subfield of morphology, can account for the complex pragmatics of word formation processes like those in ‑splain neology.

ABSTRACT Current prostate cancer detection methods remain limited in non‐invasiveness and specificity, prompting interest in urinary biomarkers such as sarcosine. Here, we report a urine‐powered wearable platform for non‐invasive sarcosine detection as a proof‐of‐concept for decentralized early warning.

Lexicography and Neology: Building Bridges through a Multilingual Approach with ENEOLI

A Fentanyl‐Responsive Microneedle Patch for Harm Reduction
A fentanyl‐responsive microneedle patch is developed as a self‐regulating overdose intervention that releases naloxone upon detecting fentanyl. The system employs aptamer‐functionalized nanoparticles embedded in a swellable polymer matrix to enable rapid, on‐demand drug delivery through the skin.

We elucidate the key roles of metal p‐d orbital hybridization, excited‐state metal–ligand π‐interactions, and structural rotation in TADF of d10 CMA complexes. Introducing electron‐withdrawing or π‐extended ligand substituents weakens excited‐state metal‐ligand π‐interactions and improves kTADF, but may compromise emitter stability in device operation.

Polysiloxane‐Based Single‐Ion Conducting Polymer Electrolyte for Sodium Batteries
We report a polysiloxane‐based single‐ion conducting polymer electrolyte for sodium batteries. This polymer electrolyte exhibits high Na+ ion mobility and a wide electrochemical stability window, enabling the long‐term stable cycling of various cathode chemistries – also at room temperature, elevated dis‐/charge rates and active material mass loadings,
