In pancreatic cancer, the protein DKK3 is found to play a complex role: it initially slows early tumor growth but later promotes tumor aggressiveness. DKK3 expression evolves during progression and drives cancer severity by orchestrating cellular and molecular signaling pathways.

Proteinuria, often of sufficient magnitude to cause the nephrotic syndrome, is a recognized systemic manifestation of neoplastic diseases. The medical literature contains numerous examples of an apparent temporal relationship between the development of the nephrotic syndrome and the clinical appearance of a tumor. Many types of tumor have been reported,

CDH1 Orchestrates Anabolic Events to Promote Cell Cycle Initiation
Cell proliferation requires the integration of cell cycle and anabolic signals. G1‐phase regulator CDH1 coordinates anabolism through the CDH1‐VHL‐AARS2/HIF1α axis, while CDH1‐accumulated R5P is sensed by TKTL1 to facilitate CDH1 degradation and cell cycle initiation, constituting a CDH1‐centered regulatory circuit.

Periacinar clefting and p63 immunostaining in prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia and prostatic carcinoma [PDF]
The aim of the present study was to correlate the presence and extent of retraction clefting and the expression of p63 in neoplastic glands and glands with prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN) in needle core biopsies.

Multiple endocrine neoplasia: an update
The multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN) syndromes include MEN1, MEN2 (formerly MEN2A), MEN3 (formerly MEN2B) and the recently identified MEN4. Clinical presentations are varied and often relate to the overproduction of specific hormones. Understanding the

Targeted Expansion of Treg Cells to Induce Immune Tolerance after Kidney Transplantation
A dual‐targeting nanoparticle platform that selectively engages graft stromal cells via CD248 receptors while employing kidney‐ specific promoters (NPHS2) to drive localized IL‐ 2/TGF‐βexpression is developed. This approach achieves three therapeutic objectives:1) intragraft Treg polarization without systemic cytokine exposure;2) reduced dependence on ...

A Field‐Deployable RotEx‐LAMP‐LFA Platform for Molecular Triage of HPV‐Driven Oncogenesis
This study presents RotEx‐LAMP‐LFA, a fully integrated, battery‐powered, low‐cost point‐of‐care device for rapid cervical cancer risk detection based on HPV16/18 E6/E7 mRNA. Clinically validated, the system demonstrated high sensitivity and specificity, and showed full concordance between self‐collected and clinician‐collected samples, offering a ...
