Transcriptomics Guided Engineering of Exosome‐Encapsulated Bifunctional Nanosheets Targeting the Immune‐PI3K/Akt Axis for Osteoporosis Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A multifunctional nanosheet–exosome hybrid system incorporating f‐CA(OH) nanosheets enriched with abundant surface vacancies are developed. These nanosheets fuse with natural exosomes, endowing them with nanozyme‐like catalytic capabilities while retaining their inherent biological functions.

Immunoregulatory Roles of Tumor‐Originated Pericytes Identified by Single‐Cell Analysis in Glioblastoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The origin and functional heterogeneity of pericytes in glioblastoma (GBM) remain unclear. This study identifies tumor‐originated pericytes (T‐PCs) and normal‐originated pericytes as two distinctive populations in human GBM using single‐cell RNA‐sequencing.

NO‐Driven Janus Nanomotor Enhances T‐Cell Infiltration by Reconstructing Tumor‐Associated Blood and Lymphatic Vessels

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
NO‐driven hollow gold Janus nanomotors (HAM) are engineered to improve tumor blood vessel normalization throughout the entire tumor region to enhance T‐cell intratumoral infiltration, and generate and capture whole‐tumor antigens as an in situ cancer vaccine to enhance T‐cell activation, therefore enhancing the antitumor immune response.

Nanozyme‐Engineered Probiotic Microneedle Patch for Chronic Diabetic Wound Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work introduces a robust living‐materials‐based strategy that integrates microbial therapy with catalytic nanotechnology for effective management of chronic infected wounds via alleviating reactive oxygen species (ROS), combating bacterial infection, relieving hypoxia, and exerting anti‐inflammatory effects.

Differences between pathologic and non-pathologic high myopia in 4-year outcomes of anti-VEGF therapy for macular neovascularization

open access: yesScientific Reports
This retrospective observational study aimed to investigate the difference in 4-year outcomes of ranibizumab or aflibercept therapy for macular neovascularization (MNV) with high myopia between pathologic myopia (PM) and non-PM.
