Bone Organoids: A Novel Tool for Modeling and Managing Skeletal Disorders in Diabetes
This review synthesizes advances in bone organoid engineering and evaluates their potential to model diabetic bone fragility. Current in vitro and animal models do not fully recapitulate diabetes‐associated skeletal phenotypes. Cell‐based and scaffold‐based bone organoids are discussed as complementary approaches to reconstruct multicellular bone ...

The αvβ3‐mediated SPRC@MPDA‐RGD targets broken endothelial cells and controllably releases SPRC. CSE is then activated to produce endogenous H2S, which inhibits ferritinophagy. In brief, H2S inhibits autophagy by activating the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway, thereby suppressing the ferroptosis process mediated by NCOA4, and ultimately promoting the ...

We generated multi‐tissue single‐cell transcriptomic atlases of camels and cattle, uncovering conserved and lineage‐specific cellular features across digestive and metabolic systems. Cross‐species comparisons revealed the evolutionary origin of the camel glandular sac and identified novel cell populations linked to physiological specialization ...

Wearable Battery‐Free Electrotherapy of Smartsensors for Wound Healthcare
Herein, we propose a simple strategy for integrating battery‐free electrotherapy wound dressings with wound sensors. Solid‐state supercapacitors constructed by PMAB with cross‐linked interpenetrating network provide energy for electrotherapy. Meanwhile, excellent mechanical sensing performance of wound dressing was used for wound assessment.

Cytokines in neural regeneration
Current Opinion in Neurobiology, 1992Growth factors with already established multiple effects on non-neural cells continue to be of considerable interest to researchers with regard to the nervous system, where regulation of cell maintenance and plasticity in relation to lesion and regeneration is part of their functional repertoire.

Neural Regeneration: Lessons from Regenerating and Non-regenerating Systems
Molecular Neurobiology, 2012One only needs to see a salamander regrowing a lost limb to become fascinated by regeneration. However, the lack of robust axonal regeneration models for which good cellular and molecular tools exist has hampered progress in the field. Nevertheless, the nervous system has been revealed to be an excellent model to investigate regeneration.
