TRPV4–Gemma–3B: A Method for Discovering Transient Receptor Potential Vanilloid 4 Inhibitors Based on Causal Language Model

open access: yesArtificial Intelligence for Engineering, EarlyView.
We fine‐tuned a generative language model on a domain‐specific dataset centred on the TRPV target. By further incorporating tokens that encode molecular substructures, and analysing the correlation between these substructures and binding affinity, we enable the black‐box process of inhibitor generation to be more deeply fused with molecular dynamics ...

open access: yesAddiction, EarlyView.
Abstract Aims To describe differences in the expression of genes encoding cannabinoid receptors (CNR1, CNR2), the associated receptor GRP55 and the enzymes fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) and monoacylglycerol lipase (MGLL) between individuals with alcohol use disorder (AUD) and controls in key mesocorticolimbic brain regions.
