Sympathetic nerve innervation promotes the progression of Epstein‐Barr virus‐positive diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (EBV+ DLBCL) via β2‐adrenergic receptors. The discovery of enhanced nerve infiltration and β2AR expression reveals a novel mechanism and highlights the sympathetic–β2AR axis as a promising target for therapeutic intervention in EBV+ DLBCL.

ABSTRACT Background While studies suggest chronic back pain (CBP) may heighten accelerated cognitive decline risk in older adults, no multinational research has comprehensively examined this significant public health concern alongside healthy lifestyles' potential impact. Methods Data from 18,558 individuals across 17 countries (China, England, Europe,

Omega‐3 fatty acids from animal sources, combined with exercise, modulate key molecular pathways to enhance neurogenesis, synaptic plasticity, and antioxidant defenses. These interventions also increase tissue plasminogen activator activity, promoting both amyloid‐β degradation and proBDNF cleavage into BDNF, thereby reducing neurodegeneration and ...

Main Point Spatial transcriptomic analysis unravels the mechanisms by which HDACi ameliorates neuroinflammation and enhances neuroprotection by modulating the expression of microglial transcriptomes in the ischemic mouse brain. ABSTRACT Ischemic stroke significantly contributes to global morbidity and disability through a cascade of neurological ...

Central nervous system (CNS) diseases are driven by spatiotemporally dynamic molecular networks. Single‐cell and spatial multiomics technologies dissect cellular heterogeneity, microenvironmental remodeling, and intercellular crosstalk. Integration of transcriptomic, epigenomic, proteomic, and metabolomic layers reveals disease‐associated regulatory ...
