Psychedelic Drugs in Mental Disorders: Current Clinical Scope and Deep Learning‐Based Advanced Perspectives

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 15, April 17, 2025.
Graphic illustration showing the strategic approaches based on the currently investigated evidence of psychedelics that suggests the challenges and how to address the prescription of mental disorders. These applicable avenues may provide substantial insight into distinguishing between brain networks and psychedelics.

Hybrid Electro‐optical Stimulation Improves Ischemic Brain Damage by Augmenting the Glymphatic System

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 13, April 3, 2025.
A device is developed that allows simultaneous electrical and optical stimulations. The stimulator modulates AQP4 polarization, which is essential for enhancing glymphatic clearance, thus improving brain recovery from ischemic damage and reducing neurological, motor, and cognitive deficits.

Risk of Alzheimer's disease in Down syndrome: Insights gained by multi‐omics

open access: yesAlzheimer's &Dementia, Volume 21, Issue 4, April 2025.
Abstract Individuals with Down syndrome (DS) are highly susceptible to Alzheimer's disease (AD). The integration of genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, proteomics, and metabolomics enables unprecedented understanding of DS‐AD, offering a detailed picture of this complex issue. The vast ‐omics data also present challenges that reflect the complexity
