Knockdown of NFKB2 significantly reduced triglyceride concentrations, lipid droplet secretion, and the expressions of 17 key genes involved in lipid metabolism pathways, including PI3K‐AKT, NF‐κB, MAPK, adipocytokine, PPAR, and AMPK signaling pathways.
