Trans‐right ventricle metabolite gradients in obesity highlight multiple metabolic pathways

open access: yesPhysiological Reports, Volume 13, Issue 9, May 2025.
Abstract Obesity and metabolic dysfunction are associated with pulmonary vascular remodeling, yet molecular mechanisms remain poorly understood. We sought to study trans‐right ventricular (RV) metabolite gradients to elucidate potential molecular pathways operant among individuals with obesity and pulmonary hypertension.

Using Aldara, copper peptide, and niacinamide for skin care [PDF]

open access: yesAesthetic Surgery Journal, 2004
The author states that Aldara can be effective in treating actinic keratosis, Bowen's disease, and basal cell carcinomas; copper peptide has been shown to be useful in wound healing; and topical niacinamide may be beneficial in treating acne. The full therapeutic potential of these agents in a skin care and rejuvenation regimen remains to be explored.
