“KEBUMILTAR” (KELOMPOK IBU HAMIL PINTAR) SEBAGAI UPAYA PENURUNAN ANGKA KOMPLIKASI PERSALINAN IBU DI WILAYAH PESISIR KABUPATEN NAGAN RAYA

open access: yesLogista: Jurnal Ilmiah Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, 2019

Cell geometry and membrane protein crowding constrain Escherichia coli growth rate, overflow metabolism, respiration, and maintenance energy

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
The physical dimensions and shape of bacterial cells define the surface area available to acquire nutrients and the volume available for synthesizing proteins and DNA. Here, we use computational systems biology to decode the importance of cell geometry as a major determinant of prokaryotic phenotype, including growth rate and metabolic efficiency. This

Phosphoinositides and inositol phosphates as molecular glues

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Inositol phosphates (IPs) and phosphoinositides (PIPs) regulate diverse eukaryotic processes. Beyond recruiting signaling proteins or acting as structural cofactors, recent studies suggest they mediate protein–protein interactions as natural molecular glues.

An Interventional Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technique for the Molecular Characterization of Intraprostatic Dynamic Contrast Enhancement

open access: yesMolecular Imaging, 2005
The biological characterization of an individual patient's tumor by noninvasive imaging will have an important role in cancer care and clinical research if the molecular processes that underlie the image data are known.

High-density Lipoproteins and Apolipoprotein A-I: Potential New Players in the Prevention and Treatment of Lung Disease

open access: yesFrontiers in Pharmacology, 2016
Apolipoprotein A-I (apoA-I) and high-density lipoproteins (HDL) mediate reverse cholesterol transport out of cells. Furthermore, HDL has additional protective functions, which include anti-oxidative, anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptotic, and vasoprotective

NIH-3T3 cells express FAP-tagged CXCR4 and US27 receptors.

open access: yes, 2017
(A) NIH-3T3 mouse fibroblasts were stably transfected with plasmids encoding αFAP-tagged CXCR4 and βFAP-tagged US27. Cells were labeled with membrane impermeable α and β fluorogens, and surface expression of each receptor measured via flow cytometry. The

Three phosphatase families form a community: The phosphohydrolases that act upon inositol pyrophosphates

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Inositol pyrophosphates are energy‐rich signaling molecules that perform critical functions in cells. Three different families of phosphatases hydrolyze the β phosphate of the inositol pyrophosphate molecules: two have narrow specificities and one is promiscuous.

ABL kinase‐dependent phosphorylation of SH proteins promotes their direct interaction with CRK family SH2 domains

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
CT10 regulator of kinase (CRK) and CRK‐Like (CRKL) are signaling adaptors driving cell adhesion, motility, differentiation, and proliferation. SH2‐domain containing (SH) proteins are enriched in YXXP motifs which when phosphorylated create preferred binding sites for CRK family SH2 domains.

Dimethyl fumarate combined with cisplatin at subcytotoxic doses sensitizes cervical cancer toward ferroptosis and apoptosis through GSH restriction and p53 (re)activation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Prevention of Irreversible Autoimmune Endocrinopathies in APECED with Ruxolitinib

open access: yesJournal of Human Immunity
Autoimmune polyendocrinopathy-candidiasis-ectodermal dystrophy (APECED/APS-1) is a monogenic disorder of failed central tolerance caused by deleterious variants in the autoimmune regulator (AIRE) gene. Interferon-γ-driven inflammation in APECED underlies
