Morpholinium 2-chloro-4-nitrobenzoate, 2-chloro-5-nitrobenzoate and 4-chloro-3-nitrobenzoate

Acta Crystallographica Section C Crystal Structure Communications, 2001
Morpholinium 2-chloro-4-nitrobenzoate, C4H10NO+*C7H3ClNO4-, (I), crystallizes in a non-centrosymmetric space group. The cations and anions are connected by N-H...O hydrogen bonds to afford a 2(1) helical chain. Morpholinium 2-chloro-5-nitrobenzoate, C4H10NO+*C7H3ClNO4-, (II), and morpholinium 4-chloro-3-nitrobenzoate, C4H10NO+*C7H3ClNO4-, (III), both ...

The Reduction of Nitrobenzoic Acids in the Rat

Xenobiotica, 1978
1. 4-Nitrobenzoic acid was excreted in rat urine as 4-aminobenzoic acid and its conjugates after oral (20% dose) and intraperitoneal (17% dose) administration. Suppression of gut microflora by oral administration of antibiotics decreased the reduction in vivo (5% dose was reduced after high dose antibiotics and 13% after low dose antibiotics).

Isomorphous brucinium 4-nitrobenzoate methanol solvate and brucinium 4-nitrobenzoate dihydrate

Acta Crystallographica Section C Crystal Structure Communications, 2007
In isomorphous crystals of brucinium 4-nitrobenzoate methanol solvate, C23H27N2O4+·C7H4NO4−·CH3OH, and brucinium 4-nitrobenzoate dihydrate, C23H27N2O4+·C7H4NO4−·2H2O, the brucinium cations form reverse corrugated layers, in which the amine N and amide O atoms of the brucinium cations are located in the grooves and at convex points of the layer ...
