1996High dose N ion implantations into glassy carbon (GC) and diamond were performed at energies of 160 and 300 keV respectively. Wear, 1985Abstract The effect of nitrogen ion implantation on the impact wear of several metals and alloys with different hardnesses was studied. An impact testing machine was built for this study.
