Hyperdimensional NMR Spectroscopy [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of the American Chemical Society, 2006
Hyperdimensional NMR describes the multiple interactions between a large number, N, of coupled nuclear spins. We show how to construct a hypothetical N-dimensional spectrum from a limited set of low-dimensional measurements, exploiting the concept of projection-reconstruction.

Intracellular repair of oxidation-damaged α-synuclein fails to target C-terminal modification sites

open access: yesNature Communications, 2016
α-synuclein is a protein linked to the occurrence of Parkinson's disease. Here, the authors use time-resolved in-cell NMR spectroscopy to study the repair of methionine-oxidized α-synuclein by endogenous cellular enzymes.

Brief Announcement: Neighborhood Mutual Remainder and Its Self-Stabilizing Implementation of Look-Compute-Move Robots [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
In this paper, we define a new concept neighborhood mutual remainder (NMR). An NMR distributed algorithms should satisfy global fairness, l-exclusion and repeated local rendezvous requirements.

Development of Genistein Synthesis for Use as a Certified Reference Material

open access: yesРазработка и регистрация лекарственных средств, 2021
Introduction. The use of certified reference materials (CRMs) ensures metrological traceability and comparability of analysis results performed in different laboratories, by different analysts, at different times.

Classical model for bulk-ensemble NMR quantum computation [PDF]

open access: yes, 1999
We present a classical model for bulk-ensemble NMR quantum computation: the quantum state of the NMR sample is described by a probability distribution over the orientations of classical tops, and quantum gates are described by classical transition ...

Proton magnetic resonance studies of the aggregation of taurine-conjugated bile salts.

open access: yesJournal of Lipid Research, 1992
The concentration dependence of the 500 MHz 1H-NMR spectra of taurocholate, taurochenodeoxycholate, taurodeoxycholate, and the monosulfate esters of taurochenodeoxycholate has been examined at 0.154 M NaCl in D2O.

SEnD NMR: Sensitivity Enhanced n-Dimensional NMR [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Magnetic Resonance, 2010
Sparse sampling offers tremendous potential for overcoming the time limitations imposed by traditional Cartesian sampling of indirectly detected dimensions of multidimensional NMR data. However, in many instances sensitivity rather than time remains of foremost importance when collecting data on protein samples.

Formation of the β-barrel assembly machinery complex in lipid bilayers as seen by solid-state NMR

open access: yesNature Communications, 2018
The β-barrel assembly machinery (BAM) catalyzes β-barrel protein insertion into the outer membrane of E.coli. Here authors employ high-sensitivity solid-state NMR to reveal how the lipid environment and formation of the BamA-BamCDE complex affect BamA ...

Investigation of Physico Chemical, Mechanical and Thermal Properties of the Albizia Lebbeck Bark Fibers

open access: yesJournal of Natural Fibers, 2021
The production of materials using synthetic fibers is a strong contributor to carbon emissions and waste. Because of growing environmental consciousness, natural fibers act as a substitute for synthetic fibers due to their renewable, eco-friendly and bio-

An optical NMR spectrometer for Larmor-beat detection and high-resolution POWER NMR [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
Optical nuclear magnetic resonance (ONMR) is a powerful probe of electronic properties in III-V semiconductors. Larmor-beat detection (LBD) is a sensitivity optimized, time-domain NMR version of optical detection based on the Hanle effect.
