The purpose of this work was to develop a new baked chip, high in protein and dietary fiber, from chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) and a new chip production process to produce it. Primarily, the new chip production process, Batter Chip production process (BC), was developed and tested for producing corn chip and potato crisp.
