PENYELESAIAN PERSAMAAN LINEAR-NON LINEAR DAN PERSAMAAN DIFFERENSIAL DENGAN METODE KESAMAAN [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Orthogonal least squares methods and their application to non-linear system identification

open access: yes, 1989
Identification algorithms based on the well-known linear least squares methods ofgaussian elimination, Cholesky decomposition, classical Gram-Schmidt, modifiedGram-Schmidt, Householder transformation, Givens method, and singular valuedecomposition are ...

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

Non-linear associations of serum spermidine with type 2 diabetes mellitus and fasting plasma glucose: a cross-sectional study

open access: yesFrontiers in Nutrition
BackgroundPrevious animal experiments have demonstrated the potential of spermidine to mitigate glucose intolerance, insulin resistance, and hyperinsulinemia.

Organizing the interface—Plasma membrane architecture and receptor dynamics in virus‐cell interactions

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

A modified Lindstedt-Poincaré method for certain strongly non-linear oscillators

open access: yes, 1991
A modified Lindstedt-Poincaré method is presented for extending the range of the validity of perturbation expansions to strongly non-linear oscillation of single degree-of-freedom systems.

Non-linear normal modes and their bifurcation of a two DOF system with quadratic and cubic non-linearity

open access: yes, 2006
The non-linear normal modes (NNMs) and their bifurcation of a complex two DOF system are investigated systematically in this paper. The coupling and ground springs have both quadratic and cubic non-linearity simultaneously.

Residual tail twisting in ascidian larvae is stabilized by asymmetric myofibrils that resist bilateral symmetry restoration

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Ascidian Ciona larvae initially show strong clockwise tail twisting, which is largely corrected during development. However, a small residual twist remains. This study shows that organized helical myofibrils in tail muscles mechanically stabilize this residual asymmetry, preventing complete restoration of bilateral symmetry and revealing how embryos ...

Discrete Cosine Transform for Parameter Space Reduction in Linear and Non-Linear AVA Inversions

open access: yes, 2021
In highly dimensional model spaces, it is common practice reparametrizing the parameter space to reduce the dimension of the inverse problem. However, part of the information in the original parameter space is lost in the reduced space, thus meaning that
