Objective Studies of damage accrual in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) show associations with disease activity measured by the SLE Disease Activity Index 2000 (SLEDAI‐2K), but these associations are imperfect. SLEDAI scores are powerfully influenced by weightings (1–8) assigned to each domain.

Einstein Spaces Modeling Nonminimal Modified Gravity
Off-diagonal vacuum and nonvacuum configurations in Einstein gravity can mimic physical effects of modified gravitational theories of $f(R,T,R_{\mu \nu}T^{\mu \nu})$ type.

Additive manufacturing provides precise control over the placement of continuous fibres within polymer matrices, enabling customised mechanical performance in composite components. This article explores processing strategies, mechanical testing, and modelling approaches for additive manufactured continuous fibre‐reinforced composites.

Considerations on gravitational waves in higher-order local and non-local gravity
The detection of gravitational wave modes and polarizations could constitute an extremely important signature to discriminate among different theories of gravity.

A novel workflow for investigating hydride vapor phase epitaxy for GaN bulk crystal growth is proposed. It combines Design of experiments (DoE) with physical simulations of mass transport and crystal growth kinetics, serving as an intermediate step between DoE and experiments.

Galaxy–Galaxy Lensing Data: f(T) Gravity Challenges General Relativity
We use galaxy–galaxy lensing data to test general relativity and f ( T ) gravity at galaxy scales. We consider an exact spherically symmetric solution of f ( T ) theory, which is obtained from an approximate quadratic correction, and thus it is expected ...

It has been shown that the nonminimal coupling between geometry and matter can provide models for massive compact stars that are consistent with the conformal bound on the sound speed, $0\leqslant {c}_{s}^{2}\leqslant {c}^{2}/3$ , where the core density ...

Noether Symmetries and Covariant Conservation Laws in Classical, Relativistic and Quantum Physics
We review the Lagrangian formulation of Noether symmetries (as well as "generalized Noether symmetries") in the framework of Calculus of Variations in Jet Bundles, with a special attention to so-called "Natural Theories" and "Gauge-Natural Theories ...

In this study, the interplay of dipolar dynamics and ionic charge transport in MOF compounds is investigated. Synthesizing the novel structure CFA‐25 with integrated freely rotating dipolar groups, local and macroscopic effects, including interactions with Cs cations are explored.

One of the greatest problems of standard cosmology is the Big Bang singularity. Previously it has been shown that non-local ghostfree higher-derivative modifications of Einstein gravity in the ultra-violet regime can admit non-singular bouncing solutions.
