Normalized solutions to a class of (2, q)-Laplacian equations

open access: yesAdvanced Nonlinear Studies
This paper is concerned with the existence of normalized solutions to a class of (2, q)-Laplacian equations in all the possible cases with respect to the mass critical exponents 2(1 + 2/N), q(1 + 2/N).

Hijacking emergency granulopoiesis: Neutrophil ontogeny and reprogramming in cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Neutrophils are highly plastic innate immune cells; their functions in cancer extend beyond the tumour microenvironment. This Review summarises current understanding of neutrophil maturation and heterogeneity and highlights tumour‐induced granulopoiesis as a systemic programme that expands immature, immunosuppressive neutrophils via tumour‐derived ...

Blow-up solutions to the Hartree-Fock type Schrödinger equation with the critical rotational speed

open access: yesAdvances in Nonlinear Analysis
In this article, we are concerned with the existence, non-existence, and blow-up behavior of normalized ground state solutions for the mass critical Hartree-Fock type Schrödinger equation with rotation i∂tu=−Δu+2V(x)u+2ΩLzu−λu−bu∫RN∣u(y)∣2∣x−y∣2dy,(t,x ...

Normalized homoclinic solutions of discrete nonlocal double phase problems

open access: yesBulletin of Mathematical Sciences
The aim of this paper is to discuss the existence of normalized solutions to the following nonlocal double phase problems driving by the discrete fractional Laplacian: ( − Δ𝔻)pαu(k) + μ(−Δ 𝔻)qβu(k) + ω(k)|u(k)|p−2u(k) = λ|u(k)|q−2u(k) + h(k)|u(k)|r−2u(k)

Transcriptional profiling of circulating extracellular vesicles from prebiopsy prostate cancer patients

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
RNA profiling of circulating extracellular vesicles (EVs) from blood samples of men undergoing prostate biopsy identifies transcripts associated with clinically significant prostate cancer. Integrative analysis with public tumor datasets links EV‐derived gene signatures to tumor stage and progression‐free survival, highlighting CASP3, XRCC2, and RIT1 ...

Multiplicity of normalized solutions to a class of nonlinear fractional Schrödinger–Poisson systems with Hardy potential

open access: yes
In this paper, we study the multiplicity of normalized solutions to a class of nonlinear fractional Schrödinger–Poisson systems with Hardy potential. First, by using some ideas of the fountain theorem, we define a sequence of minimax values, and then we ...

Existence and asymptotics of normalized solutions for logarithmic Schr\"{o}dinger system

open access: yes, 2023
This paper is concerned with the following logarithmic Schr\"{o}dinger system: $$\left\{\begin{align} \ &\ -\Delta u_1+\omega_1u_1=\mu_1 u_1\log u_1^2+\frac{2p}{p+q}|u_2|^{q}|u_1|^{p-2}u_1,\\ \ &\ -\Delta u_2+\omega_2u_2=\mu_2 u_2\log u_2^2+\frac{2q}{p+q}

Adaptor protein CIN85 potentiates the motility of osteosarcoma cells via the Akt/mTOR and MMP2‐COL3A1 axis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Normal solutions of linear programs [PDF]

open access: yes, 1984
The author introduces the definition of normal solution to a linear program, which is an exact solution with some least norm property if the linear program is solvable, otherwise an approximate solution with some least norm property also. By considering normal solutions we are led to (i) iterative successive overrelaxation (SOR) methods capable of ...

Longitudinal circulating tumor DNA profiling in patients with advanced endometrial cancer using an off‐the‐shelf targeted NGS panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...
