High-grade glioneuronal tumor with an ARHGEF2–NTRK1 fusion gene
Brain Tumor Pathology, 2019Here, we report a highly unusual case of high-grade glioneuronal tumor with a neurotrophic tropomyosin receptor kinase (NTRK) fusion gene. A 13-year-old girl presented with headache and vomiting and MRI detected two cystic lesions bilaterally in the frontal areas with surrounding edema. The left larger tumor was removed by left frontal craniotomy.

An NTRK1-associated Genes Classification Predicts Prognosis in Pediatric Sarcoma Cases
2023Introduction: NTRK-rearranged spindle cell neoplasm is an emerging tumor entity. The genetic mechanisms and prognostic implications of this entity are mainly unknown. The corresponding targeting therapy strategies have been widely developed. Method: In this study, we summarized the immunohistochemistry (IHC) and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH)

Cloning and functional analysis of the root‐knot nematode resistance gene
AbstractTobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) is an economically important crop worldwide. Root‐knot nematodes (RKNs) are responsible for yield losses in tobacco and other crops, such as tomato, potato, peanut, and soybean. Therefore, screening for resistance genes that can prevent RKN infestation and the associated damage is crucial.

Genomic organization of the human NTRK1 gene.
Oncogene, 1997The NTRK1 gene encodes one of the receptors for the Nerve Growth Factors and it is located at 1q21-22. Rearrangements of NTRK1 are frequently detected in human papillary thyroid carcinoma and lead to the formation of chimeric oncogenes, similarly to what observed for the other neurotrophin receptor RET. In addition, the two receptor genes are target of
