Although electrochemical scanning tunneling microscopy provides atomic‐scale access to electrified interfaces, quantitative in situ and operando investigations suffer from drift‐induced distortions. This work introduces the Lattice Fourier Analyzer (LFA), which employs substrate‐anchored affine drift correction in reciprocal space to recover precise ...

The import of proteins into the nucleus plays an important role in tumor development. In addition to the classical nuclear import proteins importin‐β and importin‐α, there are many nonclassical nuclear import proteins that include TNPO2.

3D‐Nanoprinted Fluidically Steerable Soft Robotic Microcatheters
This work introduces a ∼3‐French (1 mm‐in‐diameter) soft robotic microcatheter fabricated by means of two‐photon direct laser writing. The 3D‐printed microcatheter enables remote, on‐demand steering via microfluidic actuation for guidewire‐free navigation of vascular networks as well as microcatheter‐mediated delivery of fluidic payloads to target ...

Yeast karyopherin Kap95 is required for cell cycle progression at Start
Background The control of the subcellular localization of cell cycle regulators has emerged as a crucial mechanism in cell division regulation. The active transport of proteins between the nucleus and the cytoplasm is mediated by the transport receptors ...

Nuclear Ensemble Approach with Importance Sampling
We show that the importance sampling technique can effectively augment the range of problems where the nuclear ensemble approach can be applied. A sampling probability distribution function initially determines the collection of initial conditions for which calculations are performed, as usual.

Aldosterone‐producing adenomas (APAs) develop via two distinct paths: directly from adrenal zona glomerulosa (zG) cells, or stepwise from zG cells through aldosterone‐producing micronodules (APMs) before progressing to APAs. Advanced single‐cell and spatial analyses identified distinct cell states linked to oxidative stress and cell–cell interactions ...

CDK4/6 inhibition promotes CD8+ T cell expansion through tumor‐macrophage crosstalk by activating HIF‐1α and enhancing MIF‐CD44/CD74 signaling. This reprograms TAMs to boost MHC‐I antigen presentation, and CDK4/6 inhibitor‐trained M1 TAM supernatant therapy synergizes with low‐dose PD‐1 blockade to restore antitumor immunity.
