Single‐Molecule Insight Into α‐Synuclein Fibril Structure and Mechanics Modulated by Chemical Compounds

Advanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 14, April 10, 2025.
This work developed an innovative method combining optical tweezers and fluorescence microscopy to study the mechanics of individual α‐synuclein fibrils, a hallmark of Parkinson's disease. At the single‐fibril level, α‐syn fibrils exhibit rigidity and heterogeneity in disruption and deformation.

Deciphering the Interplay Between G‐Quadruplexes and Natural/Synthetic Polyamines
