The circRNA circNAB1 is downregulated in AF patient. Silencing circNAB1 promotes collagen deposition and inflammation, whereas overexpression reduces AF susceptibility. circNAB1 encodes the protein NAB1 356 that interacts with EGR1 to mitigate fibrosis and inflammation.

This study develops RLS‐2, a high‐affinity aptamer that specifically targets injured podocytes, making it a promising candidate for targeted drug delivery. In vitro, RLS‐2 shows stability, specificity, efficient siRNA delivery via AsiCs, and uptake by podocytes.

In CLas‐infected D. citri, CLas lowers 20E levels initially, relieving the suppression of ETH release. The subsequent increase in ETH levels upregulates its receptor DcETHR and activates the JH signaling pathway. The signaling cascade of 20E‐ETH/ETHR‐JH along with miR‐210, targeting DcETHR, boost female fecundity in CLas+ D.

DPImpute is a two‐step pipeline that outperforms existing tools in whole‐genome SNP imputation, particularly under conditions of ultra‐low coverage sequencing, small sample sizes, and limited references. It enables precise imputation for single blastocyst cells, supporting genomic selection at the pre‐implantation stage.
