Abstract numeration systems [PDF]
numeration systems were introduced in 2001 by P. Lecomte and M. Rigo. This new way to represent numbers generalizes that of usual positional numeration systems such as integer base numeration systems and linear numeration systems.

The Role of Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation in Ataxia‐Telangiectasia
ABSTRACT Background Ataxia‐telangiectasia (A‐T) is a DNA repair disorder characterized by neurodegeneration, immunodeficiency, and cancer predisposition. Hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) is an established therapy in related disorders such as Fanconi anemia (FA) and Nijmegen breakage syndrome (NBS), but its role in A‐T is unclear.

ABSTRACT Background Pediatric sarcomas are a heterogeneous group of tumors that contribute disproportionately to cancer mortality in children. Although congenital anomalies are among the strongest known risk factors for childhood cancer, the risk of specific sarcoma subtypes among affected individuals has not yet been thoroughly evaluated. Procedure We

Pattern sequences in ‹q, r›- numeration systems
Let q ≥ 2 and 0 ≤ r ≤ q − 2 be integers. In this paper, we study pattern sequences for patterns in ‹q, r›-numeration systems through their generating functions.

Weak Gibbs property and system of numeration
We study the selfsimilarity and the Gibbs properties of several measures defined on the product space $\Omega_r:=\{0,1,\dots,\break r-1\}^{\mathbb N}$. This space can be identified with the interval $[0,1]$ by means of the numeration in base $r$.

ABSTRACT Introduction Pre‐dilution online hemodiafiltration (Pre‐HDF) is predominantly used in Japan, whereas post‐dilution online HDF (Post‐HDF) is more common in Europe. An asymmetric cellulose triacetate (ATA) membrane may improve biocompatibility.
