ABSTRACT Cup‐like nuclei are a distinctive morphological feature observed in certain cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). We provide evidence that they characterize DUX4/ERG ALL independently of IKZF1 deletion and reveal marked mitochondrial accumulation in this ALL subset.

Analysis of school bullying menace incorporating family education: a mathematical modeling approach
School bullying is a severe social problem that has an unfavorable impact on students development and behavior. Based on family education and students memory of having been bullied or witnessed bullying, this work established a mathematical model for ...

We propose an accurate data-driven numerical scheme to solve stochastic differential equations (SDEs), by taking large time steps. The SDE discretization is built up by means of the polynomial chaos expansion method, on the basis of accurately determined

On Using Piecewise Fractional Differential Operator to Study a Dynamical System
This research work is devoted to undertaking a dynamical system representing SARS-CoV-19 disease under the concept of piecewise fractional-order derivative using the Caputo concept since long-memory and short-memory terms are not well explained by ...

Parametrized numerical scheme for the Einstein equations
Summary: In astrophysics and astronomy, it is necessary to solve numerically and accurately the Einstein equations, which are 2nd-order partial differential equations for a metric. We propose a method of estimating a numerical scheme in terms of constraints, and we also demonstrate that a numerical scheme with parameters makes it possible to perform a ...

ABSTRACT Background Cerebellar ataxia after pediatric brain tumor treatment can cause persistent gait, balance, and speech impairment, yet no established rehabilitation strategy exists. Somato‐cognitive coordination therapy (SCCT) is a virtual reality–guided intervention designed to promote sensorimotor integration through visually constrained reaching

A fractional order co-infection model between malaria and filariasis epidemic
In this article, we investigate a mathematical malaria-filariasis co-infection model with the assistance of the non-integer order operator. Using the fractal-fractional operator in the Caputo-Fabrizio (CF) sense, it has been possible to understand the ...
