Understanding and Interpretation of The Nutrition Facts Label
Journal of the American Dietetic Association, 1998Abstract The purpose of this study was to assess the understanding and interpretation of the nutrition facts label by college students. A survey was designed, pretested, revised and then distributed to 275 volunteers recruited from 100 level courses at the University of Maryland and Hood College.
