Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

Enhancing Open RAN Digital Twin Through Power Consumption Measurement [PDF]
The increasing demand for high-speed, ultra-reliable and low-latency communications in 5G and beyond networks has led to a significant increase in power consumption, particularly within the Radio Access Network (RAN).

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

DRL-Based RAN Slicing With Efficient Inter-Slice Isolation in Tactical Wireless Networks
The next generation of tactical networks (TNs) is poised to further leverage the key enablers of 5G and beyond 5G (B5G) technology, such as radio access network (RAN) slicing and the open RAN (O-RAN) paradigm, to unlock new architectural options for ...

PARP inhibitors induce a senescence phenotype in non‐small cell lung carcinoma cell lines
Talazoparib is the most potent inducer of senescence among different PARP1 inhibitors in human NSCLC cells. In the absence of PARP, no senescence phenotype was observed, demonstrating that PARP1 is necessary for the induction of senescence by this inhibitor.

O-RAN-Enabled Adaptive Relaying for Robust V2X Communication in Urban NLOS Scenarios
The Open Radio Access Network (O-RAN) introduces programmability and intelligence into wireless infrastructure, making it a promising enabler of reliable Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) communication in complex urban environments.

Promiscuous stimulation of HSP70 ATPase activity by parasite‐derived J‐domains
The malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum exports three highly homologous yet functionally divergent J‐domain proteins into human erythrocytes. Here, we show that J‐domains isolated from all three proteins effectively stimulate the ATPase activity of both endogenous host and exported parasite HSP70 chaperones.
