The Experimental Flesh: Incarnation in Terms of Quantum Measurement and Phenomenological Perception
What is the relation of the human to the world and the things in it? Do the various forms of human interrogation of the world discover things, and with them, a world?

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Neutrino physics from cosmological observations [PDF]
We review the current status of neutrino cosmology, focusing mainly on the question of the absolute values of neutrino masses and the possibility of a cosmological neutrino lepton asymmetry.

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

PHYSICAL REALIZABILITY BOUNDARIES OF OBSERVATION
This paper examines the physical limits on observation by treating measurement as a force-mediated, energy-consuming interaction performed by finite matter–energy systems. By analyzing observation through physical admissibility, enforcement, removal, and invariance, it shows that increasing precision or duration necessarily increases energy ...

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Observation A Physical Definition Independent of Observers
This paper defines observation strictly as a physical process, independent of observers, perception, or interpretation. Using only established physical principles, observation is reduced to a dissipative interaction that produces a persistent, irreversible record.

The Smoothness of Physical Observables
The Garvey-Kelson (GK) relations are powerful algebraic expressions connecting the masses of neighboring atomic nuclei and derived under reasonable physical assumptions. In this contribution we show that these relations are even more general than originally assumed as their validity is conditioned by the smoothness of the underlying nuclear mass ...
