Chem BiodiversOcimum basilicum extract was successfully encapsulated in niosomal nanocarriers, resulting in a sustained‐release formulation with favorable physicochemical characteristics. In SKOV3 ovarian cancer cells, the extract‐loaded niosomes showed enhanced cytotoxicity compared with the free extract and blank niosomes.
